Terms & Conditions – Event Tech Confex 2026 Meetup

  1. Event Organiser
    The Event Tech Confex 2026 Meetup is organised and managed by Event Engine CMS Ltd (“the Organiser”).
  2. Event Details
    Date: 24 February 2026
    Time: 5:00pm to 10:00pm
    Ticket Price: £25 per person
    Ticket price includes buffet meal and drinks.
  3. Tickets & Payment
  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • A maximum of five tickets per company can be purchased unless otherwise agreed with the Organiser.
  1. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Refunds are available up to 21 days before the event (by 3 February 2026).
  • No refunds will be issued after this date.
  • Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may nominate a replacement attendee by notifying the Organiser in writing before the event.
  1. Event Changes
    The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, venue, or timings. If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Behaviour & Conduct
    All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
  3. Liability
  • The Organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
  • Attendance is at your own risk.
  1. Dietary Requirements
    Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements notified in advance. The Organiser cannot guarantee that food and drinks will be free from allergens.
  2. Photography & Media
    The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in images or footage which may be used for promotional purposes by the Organiser and event partners.
  3. Data Protection
    Personal data provided during booking will be used for event administration and may be included on the public guest list where consent has been given. Please refer to the Organiser’s Privacy Notice for more information.
  4. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
