Terms & Conditions – Event Tech Christmas Party 2025
1. Event Organiser
The Event Tech Christmas Party 2025 is organised and managed by Event Engine CMS Ltd (“the Organiser”).
2. Tickets & Payment
- Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
- A maximum of five tickets per company can be purchased unless otherwise agreed with the Organiser.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are available up to 21 days before the event (by 11 November 2025).
- No refunds will be issued after this date.
- Tickets are transferable; if you cannot attend, you may nominate a replacement attendee by notifying the Organiser in writing before the event.
4. Event Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, venue, or timings. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Organiser, a full refund will be issued.
5. Behaviour & Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
6. Liability
- The Organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Attendees participate at their own risk.
7. Dietary Requirements
The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements notified in advance. However, the Organiser cannot guarantee that food and drinks will be free from allergens.
8. Photography & Media
The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in images or footage which may be used for promotional purposes by the Organiser and event sponsors.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided at booking will be used for event administration purposes and may be shared on the public guest list (with your consent). For further details, please see our Privacy Notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
